"Booked a room for our military ball, all of the rooms were booked. Brian was relentless in making sure we had a room next to our venue. He even gsve us his personal cell phone number, a cancelation came up and he got us in. This is done of the best customer service I have ever seen. The rooms were great and very clean!"
